By accessing or using CodeDebugger.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides AI-powered code analysis for informational purposes only. It does not guarantee detection of all issues or security flaws.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated suggestions before use.

4. Temporary Storage and Data Retention

User-submitted code and responses are stored temporarily and deleted after 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of submitted code. Gamma Ape, LLC holds a temporary license to process it for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gamma Ape, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
